RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
We want you to love your new product! If you're not completely satisfied, it's not the right fit, or you're just not diggin' it, please let us know and we will help make it right!
To make a return or exchange, please contact (Ag)+(Au) Clothing at holla@silverandgoldclothing.com Please include your name, order number, type of return (refund or exchange), and reason of return, just so we know what went wrong!

If you have questions about fit or fabrics, please send us an email *before you purchase and we will do our best to find the perfect fit for you!
In order to receive a full refund or exchange on items, the items MUST(!):
Be returned within 30 days from date of receipt of your delivery.
Show NO signs of visible wear, washing and/or stains (and pretty please, no cigarette smell!) and include all original tags
*Price adjustments on previous purchases are not permitted
- STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE: Return for store credit, or exchange it for another item, and we’ll cover the return shipping. If that item is less than the original, you will receive a store credit for the remainder!
- REFUND: Return for a refund, using a shipping method of your choice, and you’ll pay the return shipping.
- We strongly encourage you to obtain a tracking number for your return shipment, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged product during shipping.
(Ag)+(Au) Clothing
Once the item has reached the (Ag)+(Au) studio, please allow for 5-10 business days for the funds to be credited to your account.
Disclaimer: Our goods aren't cheap to make, and they aren't disposable. (Ag)+(Au) has the right to deny credit for any returned goods that do not meet the requirements of our return policy, so please treat our pieces well! We want them in great condition to go to another loving home, even if they weren't perfect for you.
